My Tita Celia and her family are here in Baguio for a few days vacation. My cousin (in red) was already not feeling well when they travelled yesterday going here. Tonight, he could hardly breathe with severe cough and cold. So we rushed him to Notre Dame hospital. My Tita Celia is a nurse for about 25 years already. The nurses and even the resident doctor (all of them were young and just starting) found that out and got intimidated, I guess. Nakailang tusok na sila sa pinsan ko, hindi pa din nakakuha ng dugo. My tita insisted that she do it. Ayun, wala pang one minute, ayan na ang sample blood nila.

Oh no. These aren't pan de sal. We had pancakes today for breakfast. I have never perfected the art of flipping pancakes. So this is what I do with them while still cooking and about to be done on the pan. I lay some slices of cheese before I carefully roll them.
